We want you to be confident in TrainForge AI. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Or email support@trainforge.ai with your order details and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your plan until then and are not charged again.
Renewals after 30 days
After the 30-day money-back period, refunds for monthly subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you've been charged for a renewal you weren't expecting, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will do our best to make it right.
