Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. The seller
These Terms govern your use of TrainForge AI (the "Service") provided by TrainForge AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
TrainForge AI is a SaaS platform that uses AI to generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, onboarding documents, checklists, and quizzes from text input you provide. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass its security or rate limits.
- Upload malware, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users.
- Use outputs to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or content intended to deceive.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
4. Your account & content
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You retain ownership of the text you submit and the documents you generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not train AI models on Your Content.
5. AI outputs — accuracy and responsibility
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing every document before relying on it operationally — especially where it relates to safety, regulated activities, or compliance. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified professional, legal, medical, or engineering advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs that violate these Terms.
6. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment and subscription terms see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant no rights other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your documents from your account at any time prior to termination.
10. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrainForge AI is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
